Prices are final. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Select your plan in the connected plugin settings. The 15 free replies apply to the entire new website project, not per visitor or per month.
One subscription for one website
The WordPress plugin is free. AI replies are supplied by the separate ChatNEX service. A new website project receives 15 free replies in total, shared by all visitors. Choose a paid plan in the connected plugin settings.
How billing works
A monthly subscription costs €10 and renews every month. An annual subscription costs €100 and renews every year. Prices are final. Annual service costs €20 less than twelve monthly payments of €10. Stripe processes payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on the supported device, browser and payment method.
Cancellation and consumer withdrawal
Open the Stripe portal through Manage subscription in the plugin to cancel renewal. Removing the plugin does not stop billing. Consumers purchasing outside their business or profession may withdraw from a new contract within 14 days and receive its first payment back under the service terms. Withdrawal is different from cancelling future renewal. Read the full service terms.
How many AI assistant replies are included?
New automatically managed paid projects include up to 1,000 successful AI replies per monthly service period, subject to the service terms and fair-use safeguards. Annual subscriptions also receive a fresh allowance each month. Replies are shared by all visitors to one website; unused replies do not roll over. There is no automatic overage charge. Separately granted access may have individual settings.
