What to include
- Your website URL and what you want visitors to learn or do.
- For an error: the plugin version, the time of the issue and the exact visible message.
- For billing: your website and a purchase reference, if available.
Do not send passwords, API keys or payment card details. Hide credentials and personal information before sending screenshots.
Need to cancel a subscription?
Start with Manage subscription in ChatNEX settings. If you no longer have WordPress access, or need assistance with consumer withdrawal, contact us at the same email address.
